Eligible participants who are hired during the term of this program or have achieved 12 months of continuous employment during their term will receive a $2,000 bonus. Eligible participants who are hired during the program's term or after 18 months of permanent employment will each receive a $1,500 bonus for their first year. Qualified applicants will also receive compensation for employment under the protected status of a fixed-term employment contract with the company.


Eligible participants who are hired during the duration of this program and have reached a qualifying position will receive a bonus of $2,000. Eligible participants who are hired during the duration of the program or after 18 months of permanent employment or during the duration of the program will receive an additional bonus of $1,500 for each employee who voluntarily terminates his employment with XPO Logistics within the first 6 months.
